Source information: ECB (European Central Bank).
Evaluation: The Euribor it's lower than official interest rates it seems that for the time being the additional reduction won't be.
To emphasize: The Euribor average at 12 months of March will be around 0.535% - 0.545%
Note: The ECB has announced today that has left unchanged the official interest rates, keeping the official price of money in the euro zone at 0,75% by 9th consecutive month. By the other way the Bank of England kept the rates unchanged too at 0,50%.
